Guinevere is a tall and elegant light fawn female with long staple, a fine and uniform fleece and excellent topknot and coverage. Very pleasing to look at but her fleece is outstanding. Her dam is Maple Brook Gia, a daughter of NWA Ltd Sandy (an Accoyo Felix daughter) who was promoted as the "finest alpaca in the world" at the time. Gia's sire is Accoyo Royal Fawn. Guinevere's sire is NorthCoast Michelangelo's Merlin, a white Michelangelo son who is a color champion and still a standing stud at our farm. NorthCoast Silver Sovereign has been our best grey alpaca produced to date. He is the whole package of gorgeous head, long/tall/elegant body; uniform silver grey coloration; fleece with long staple and high frequency, uniform crimp; excellent fineness (19.8 micron at 2.25 years of age), and a very engaging personality to boot. His pedigree is interesting as it contains well known grey studs Quicksilver, Shaquille and Silvio; Accoyo studs Leon, El Rey and King; and an incredibly fleeced Chilean female named "Diamonds are Forever" who was a Futurity multiple champion. Rockette is a farm favorite. She is a large, elegant and conformationally correct female with a wonderful light fleece and a fawn spot on her left shoulder. She is 3/4 Accoyo bloodlines and an Accoyo Michelangelo granddaughter. Her dam, Concordia, was a beautiful light fawn foundation female for our breeding program but suffered a full prolapse during Rockette's birth and did not survive so she is an orphan. Rockette is bred to NorthCoast Metallica's Romeo who is also an orphan as his dam passed away several months after his birth. Romeo is 7/8 Accoyo bloodlines and a show champion. Romeo is largely of Accoyo bloodlines and a white smaller but strongly built herdsire who has championed at his only alpaca show (walking fleece at the Heart of Virginia Show). Romeo has persistent fineness and produces a high volume of fine fleece.
