Scott and I were very excited to enter our suri herdsire EL DORADO GOLDEN THUNDER in the Innovative Fleece Assessment National Fleece Show 2020. This is a new AOA Show based solely on assessment of your alpacas fleece. The fleece is judged against all other suris in their grade. Golden Thunder was graded as a FINE Grade 3. His assessment forms were outstanding. His fleece traits were exactly what we were hoping for in a male we would be using as a stud male.
At 3 years of age, he received the highest score in his grade for Uniformity of Micron. That gave him a 1st place. But what we were the most proud was his award of SPIRIT OF THE INDUSTRY, which is given to the suri that scores the highest in all traits.
Congratulations goes to EL DORADO GOLDEN THUNDER!!!!
